Timelines

• In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Personalized and made-to-order pieces add about 3 days of print time — the exact estimate is shown on each product page before you order.
• Once dispatched, allow about 7 days for delivery, depending on your PIN code. The arrival window shown on each product page already includes it.

Coverage & cost

We ship across India with tracking on every order. Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹699 or more, and ₹80 below that.

Air shipment is available at checkout for a flat ₹120. It replaces the standard charge rather than adding to it, so it is ₹120 whatever the order is worth.

The free-shipping threshold is judged on the value of the goods before the 2.5% prepaid discount, so the discount can never push an order back under it.

Prepaid discount

Every order is prepaid, so every order gets 2.5% off automatically — there is nothing to enter and no code to remember. It is applied at checkout and shown on its own line before you pay.

Packaging

Every order leaves the studio in protective packaging with no invoice inside, so an order sent straight to the person receiving it does not arrive with the price attached.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 3 days, write to us and we'll chase the courier so you don't have to.
